What’s the prize?

The overall winners will not only claim the all-important Wedding of the Year title, they'll also win a romantic two-night break at the award winning Peckforton Castle located in the heart of Cheshire. The winners will stay in one of the castle's traditional rooms with breakfast each morning.

This family owned Grade I listed hotel is steeped in history and guests are free to explore the numerous magnificent reception rooms, including the Great Hall and the Hexagonal Room to name but two. Couples can also spend some time admiring and handling the castle's extensive collection of exotic birds of prey, including owls, hawks, and eagles. Those seeking an adrenaline rush can sample a Landrover Experience and go off road in some of Britain's most beautiful countryside.

After working up an appetite, guests can sample the fine cuisine of the award-winning 1851 Restaurant and then visit the Wine Cellar bar for a night cap, before retiring to one of the luxury en-suite bedrooms.
